Benjamin Mertens, CFO Praemia REIM Germany
Benjamin Mertens has been CFO of PraemiaREIM Germany AG since July 2022. He comes from Capital Bay Group, where he was responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Group Accounting as Head of Finance.
Previously, he was at TLG Immobilien AG and supported various strategic projects as Head of Controlling, joined Deloitte as a consultant and worked at Corpus Sireo (now Swiss Life) in Accounting and Controlling for residential and commercial real estate.
He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from HTW Berlin.
