Peter Finkbeiner has been CEO of Praemia REIM Germany AG and a member of the Executive Committee of Praemia REIM since September 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the entire German activities of the pan-European real estate platform PraemiaREIM. He looks back on many years of experience in the real estate industry. Among others, he was CEO of ISARIA Wohnbau AG, where he was responsible for the successful sale of the company to Deutsche Wohnen SE in 2020. At TLG Immobilien AG, whose IPO he successfully accompanied in 2014, he worked as a member of the Management Board from 2013 to 2018.
Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Hudson Advisors Asset Management in Europe for Lone Star Funds.
He also worked for several years in the field of credit and corporate finance, including the auditing and consulting firm KPMG, at DZ Equity Partner on the equity side and at Deutsche Bank.
